"I would give a negative 10 if I could. First off they were deceptive regarding the repair cost, and they stated they would get overnight part replacement. The following week when we contacted the company, we were told the part had just been ordered that day and it would be another week minimum. The technician took our part so we didn't have the part number to try to find it on our own. I called back, asked for the part number and at first they declined to give it to me. Finally I was given the part information and called back again to their parts dept and was quoted almost half the billed price. $2100.00 later. I called and talked to Kena Warren, the supposed manager. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever talked to. She was rude, talking over me, claiming the order text got delayed, making up excuses, stating their parts are higher because the have a 90 day warranty. We never got an update on the delay and had we not called, I doubt they would have followed up. The technician was billed by the hour, but sat in his vehicle after departing the business so we were charged additional $. I will never use this company again! Perhaps it is the Des Moines office as I talked to a Doug Becker who was courteous and knowledgeable when I called in regarding the charges. Buyer look elsewherehere."
