He even polished my son’s headlights since they were just really dull and didn’t charge anything for that extra added service. "I have historically taken our vehicles to their respective dealership for servicing. However, the dealerships continue to gouge the average consumer for their services. So I decided to give a local company (All Pro Service in Urbandale) a try. I just had an oil change tire rotation, but their prices were reasonable, and Patrick. The service manager was great to work with. We will take all of our cars there from now on."

"I have taken my truck in twice because I had a good first experience. Second time not so much. I understand having to order parts which can take more time. Had a couple things done including an alignment. Well now my steering wheel is not straight with the tires. I tried contacting them to straighten it out only to get ignored and sent an automated message to leave a review so here I am leaving a review. I was quoted a price for said alignment only to get charged double. My steering wheel was also left very dirty and left my hands covered in filth. I hope I can get this issued resolved with these guys sooner rather than later."
