"Last October I called Brent since my heater wasn't working. He came out and diagnosed that the main pump impeller was shot, therefore not providing cooling water to the heater. He recommended I repair the pump instead of paying $1000+ for a new pump. He got me up and running in less than a week and for a very reasonable price. He and his wife both came out and were courteous and timely."

"It looks as though Brent/Brett (he has multiple aliases) has delivered service to a few clients, but I assure you it is not worth the risk. I should have done more due diligence before agreeing to buy the hot tub heater and having him return later with heater to install. I have tried multiple times to contact, he answers the phone then immediately hangs up. Luckily it was only $450. I took one of his cards because I run in to hot tub and pool issues all the time and was willing to give him plenty of business, now I suggest if he shows up at your door, call the police immediately and demand he never return. He's a menace to society with an extremely long rap sheet to prove it. I've considered small claims court but it would be a waste of time. Just don't call this company, you more than likely will regret it."

"Brent is a crook and should not be allowed to be in any business. Purchased a used pool. Brent came out and agreed to install starting July 11th, after original installer backed out. Very responsive on day 1, then the problems started. After weeks of excuses, not showing up, poor installation quality, I had to terminate the install. Excuses such as: machines are tied up on other jobs, rough night after concert, rough night after watching Crawford fight, van stopped running twice, wife broke her finger, laborer didn’t show up for work at the shop, was sick the day after liner popped out of track and didn’t show up, rain for a few hours prevented him from showing up for 7 straight days, just to name a few. Found the seam that holds the pool wall together, was missing the bottom 6 screws because he couldn’t get it to line up, so he simply covered with tape. That could have blown the pool wall out flooding 20,000 gallons of water in my yard and basement. Also, pool liner came out of the top track and he didn’t return to fix it. He threatened to lien my property if I didn’t pay him in full for a job that was not completed. 5 weeks into 3 day install…and we had to hire another contractor to start all over costing me even more money, and it is now August 10th. No labor to assist him on install and him just barking orders at his wife who was on her hands and knees trying to get liner wrinkles out. Bottom seam of liner is 1.5’ off of the corner of the pool bottom and he simply stated that the more we use the pool, the wrinkles will come out. Also asked me for $250 to get new screws and never produced receipts. Asked me for $100 of the remaining balance early to pay 1 of his guys who was going through a tough time that showed up twice and never showed up again after he received my $100."

"Brent is a crook. He does work half way. Does not finish the job. Paid him $700 for repair work. Nothing that he did worked. Ignored phone calls. Hung up on me. The worst person I have ever hired. He really should not be allowed to own his own business."

"All in all very satisfied with Brent’s work. The pool we ordered online was a lot more of a struggle than most as used to, and he got it up, and it looks great. I am awaiting a last visit back from him for a couple loose ends to be tied (upgrading a hose, help with a hot tub issue) but even so. Very solid job. Much appreciated and would recommend."
