"I would like to know if there is another service to use to go from Lincoln to Omaha? I've had drivers stop for snacks and made me late for appointments, I've had a driver who had his side chick in the van, he picked up a crossed town before picking me up, and he had to drop her a hotel, and he had to turn around and go back to hotel to give her her phone she left in van. And he made me miss my appointment. Then he cussed me out, while taking me back home. MTM says, you have to schedule trips 3 days ahead, but reading the MTM site it states you can schedule a ride 2 days ahead or 60 days in advance! They give you the run around. I think it's because they don't want to do their job, but they want that money. They don't care about patients. Now I scheduled a ride, now they say, I have to call back Monday to see if it's approved because it's over 30 miles? They been driving me over 30 miles!"
"FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! The NE "PARTIAL" CARE website - (they care IF you have insurance!) - states they offer FREE, nurse-on-call services. NOPE!!!! The phone menu doesn't get you to customer service. When you do call with a question for the nurse (remember - THIS IS A FREE SERVICE) they won't help you unless you get interrogated about you health insurance info. IF THIS IS FREE, WHY ARE THEY ASKING? Luckily, i called BryanLGH, was connected with a nurse - who potentially saved my life. At PARTIAL CARE, the customer service is unattentive, argumentative, unable to address your concerns, and they ONLY WANT YOUR $$$."
"My mom has been waiting 2 years to be approved for a hip replacement. She finally got approved and her last scheduling appointment was a month ago. It was up to Nebraska Total Care to push everything through after that appointment. One day before her surgery, the Dr. office still hadn’t heard anything from them so her surgery had to be cancelled. I’ve tried to call them numerous times and every time I get cut off after waiting for 20 minutes. If I could leave 0 stars I would."
