"Pretty damn annoyed at this place. I’ve been coming here for years with great service. Yesterday I came in with a nail in my tire. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes they said they patched it and charged me 30 bucks. This morning I wake up and my tire is completely flat. It wasn’t even flat when the nail was in. So I called and spoke to who was supposedly the owner who said bring it in and will fix it. How am I going to do that because it’s flat? He said put the spare on. I have a bad back I can’t do that. So I had to call someone and have the spare put on. Then I came in and they supposedly fixed the tire again. I asked him what happened and why the tire failed. The guy said that yesterday it looks like they missed a hole in the tire which never should’ve happened so he fixed that hole too. How the hell do you miss a hole in the tire? Aren’t you supposed to put it in the water tank with sub soap to make sure there aren’t any bubbles? Of course, what really happened is that I was the last customer of the day and they were in a hurry so they didn’t do their job right. now I’ve missed half a day of work. Just really not happy with these people."

"I called on a sat last min to see if they had a used tire because of funds were low, after already leaving my tire elsewhere to see if they just do a patch. But the hole was on wall of tire so they wouldn't patch. Called tommy tire and they said they close in 15 min and if I'd make it they get it done. I was there in 17 min after phone call...they waited for me just to do what I needed tire was priced out at great deal to. Remounted tire on my rim brought in paid cash told sum jokes was on the way as they officially closed down. Great people even better service."
