"Called last Wednesday around 8:00 am and spoke to the woman who answered the phones. Explained our air conditioning was not working. She took my information and said someone would come out. I asked if they could please call before they came (dogs) and she said someone would. No one called. I called the next day around 3:00 pm to follow up and left a message. No returned call. It’s now Wednesday of the following week and they’ve yet to return my calls. If they were busy, they could’ve told me that and I would’ve understood, but a week without communication is bad business."
"Had a water leak on a Sunday and couldn't get the main water to shut off either so the water just kept coming and filling up the basement. We called and they immediately sent someone right away and he went right to work to get it resolved and stop the water. He went above the call and we were extremely grateful! Great company and very professional service."
"They had a quick response when I called they were here within the hour. They fixed the problem within 15 mins. Great service price is a little on the high side but it gets fixed right and they don't push stuff on you like other places."
