"Took my Jeep in on Sunday evening they said it was not the battery, but it would not start cell had to leave it overnight. I had to call a towing company to get it towed over to Jensens.. Jensens wasn’t able to work on it until Friday which was today when they got the vehicle the battery was not there!!!! called Walmart service department and they said they did not know where the battery was and then they would not deliver one over to Jensens.. asked to talk to a manager and they said the manager was unavailable, finally got a hold of a manager, and he said he would take care of it. Still upsetting, who let him take a vehicle without a battery in it.? people beware poor people quality"
