Shoe Diva

"Had a horrible experience at this store. We were in town for a basketball tournament and decided to check out the mall. My 11 year old daughter went in looking for shoes and the owner was extremely rude to her. When I told her she didn’t need to be rude instead of apologizing for being a jerk, she told us we could leave if we didn’t like it. When i asked to speak to a manager i was shocked to find out she was the owner. Absolutely no customer service skills! Don’t waste your time or money at this store!"

"The store owner is rude and has no customer service skills. We are in town for a sport event and stopped at the mall. We will never shop at this store again. She called us names and told us to leave even though we didn't do anything wrong."

"I walked in panicking because no other stores I looked at had wide shoes. When I asked if she had anything in wide's, she told me "it depends" and went on to explain why her shoes are a bit different and where they came from. She was so helpful through the entire process. And I was able to leave with a cute sandal for my engagement pictures!"

"Owner is very rude and unhelpful. She laughed in our face when we asked a simple question about shoe availability. She told us we would be put on a waitlist and our shoes would be held for us, but when we asked if they were in she replied that it was first come first come first serve. She really lives up to the “diva” name."

"ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went in to try a pair of shoes on. The owner refused to let me try them on if I was not going to buy them. Accused me of wanting to try on to online shop. ( Not the case ) I thought you try on shoes before you buy them. Not in this store. I was refused service, beyond rude, then laughed at. I then went to another store just down the hall from her bought what I was trying to buy from her! Thank you Journey's for selling me a pair of Birkenstocks!"
