"I have used Ankeny Hy-Vee floral for years!! I have ordered for funerals, weddings, graduations, birthdays, anniversary's... usually floal arrangements but sometimes, snack baskets or plants but I have Never been unhappy with their arrangements that they have delivered on my behalf."

"VALENTINE FLOWERS MORE BEAUIFUL THAN YOUR PICTURE. MY WIFE WAS THRILLED AND MY CARE GIVER WAS EQUALLY THRILLED. THE YOUNG LADY THAT HELPED ME WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HY-VEE FOR MY FLORAL NEEDS."

"Had flowers delivered to me, 4 of the flowers had been broken off at the top of the stem. I called to see what could be done. The lady that answered said our call was "broken up" but I am on a land line and the conversation was clear as can be. I then talked louder and she said she could here me, but stated that she needed to call me back when the "other line" was open. This line was just fine. SMH I won't be surprised if I do not get a call back. So far, the pharmacy experience is a no thank you and now the floral department. This is nuts. Not sure what is going on at this location but I sure hope that "happy smile in every aisle" returns and customer service skills come back too. I guess the positive - she was not rude...but clearly she did not want to resolve the issue at the time I called."
