"They messed up my order and delivered it on the wrong day. But quickly made it right by sending a new bouquet on the correct date at no charge. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous!!!"

"I talked with an employee of this establishment to order a wreath reflective of my son who had just passed. I wanted a grapevine wreath with homage to his likes. I asked for his sports favorites. I told them where he taught and their colors, his favorite sports teams and their colors, etc., I gave her an amount I could afford. What was presented to the funeral home was amateurish at best with none of my instructions. None of the colors, no flags, only half of the wreath covered. I specifically asked for navy blue and no burgundy. Instead I got light blue and burgundy. When I spoke to the store. I was told the the wreath was beautiful and admired by all who saw it. I didn’t ask for a beautiful wreath. I was charged $150.98 for a wreath that someone decided they knew better than me what was a reflection of my son."

The girl behind the counter, I wish I would have got her name, she was so friendly and helpful to make an arrangement. We picked out the flowers and she assembled it.
