"Ordered flowers for Valentines today. Called 2 days before. Said businesses delivered first. 3:45 at a school still no flowers delivered. Called they said no idea delivery trucks still not in? So tell me. I called twice earlier same story. Fast forward School closed now.. now deliver to apartment per my request and agreed to be done right away! 7pm still no flowers. Called agreed to send to school the next day gave money back to card so they say. Was to deliver first thing in the am. Still 11 am no flowers. Agreed to send bigger bouquet for inconvenience and disappointment per my request. Got there 11 ish am. Same freakin flowers on card envelope 2/14!! I don’t think they even had them on the truck!! Will NOT be ordering again from this disorganized and lack of communication store!!"
