"I placed an order for my mother's birthday at the last minute. I was fully expecting it to reflect that with its delivery time and appearance. To my disbelief, I received a text from my mother in appreciation of her gift only about three and a half hours after I ordered. I then assumed it was hastily put together for a timely delivery, and I was wrong again. My mom received an immaculate, vivid bouquet of flowers that looked like a window into the tulip fields in the Netherlands. They not only met my expectations, but went above and beyond. I recommend Meadow Flower Shop over any other florists in the tri-state area."

"Don’t be fooled, their website only shows stock photos and not what they deliver Twice now, after ordering a $200 bouquet online, the 3rd party company I use decided to call Meadow Flower Shop. (This time I specifically asked them not to but they forgot the name I said) I would venture to say they deliver flowers that are the exact $15 bundles you get from the grocery store, and a $5 vase that still has the price tag on it. They don’t special arrange, fresh cut or personalize to even try and match the picture of what is ordered/requested. If you want a special arrangement, go anywhere but here. For a $200 baby boy arrangement we received a bundle of pink carnations, 2 roses, and filler."

"This has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday (May 4) and just received them today, a day late. When contacting the merchant and speaking with Sheila she stated that she informed the third party that they were not going to deliver May 4th. Then she goes on to say that I shouldn't have ordered them late in the day (1pm). So I said you are not taking any accountability and pointing the finger at everyone else and if that was the case that they wouldn't deliver I wouldn't have ordered the flowers and she was just nasty and said ok and hung up. If I could give the no stars I would product is average as well."
