"Jensen insurance was ok, however i do not recommend North Star Mutual who i got through Jensen insurance and not one but two representatives from North Star Mutual were absolutely awful. They have been completely hands off after an accident i got in, and my coverage was not clearly explaiend. I didn't understand why until it was explained to me two weeks after my accident what the industry stanrdard was by the local agent on my coverage. It was a very frustrating experience all around. I would absolutely would RUN from North Star Mutual. The agent in EP is very friendly. Always answered the phone."
