"My sister took her wedding ring in to get her setting fixed around her diamond. Her husband was fixing it for her fo Valentines Day. Rhonda the clerk helping said it would be sent out and nothing to worry about. Well my sisters husband picked up the ring brought it home to her she said this is not my ring! They took it in today she said this is not my ring i want my ring back!! Rhonda stayed in the back room and would not come out. I assume they were talking to the owner an older man he would not produce her ring. The ring they gave wasn’t even her size he just said he would size it? Why would you need your own ring sized. They left with no results. They have not heard the last of this we will file a police report this is plain theft my sisters ring approximately $1200 was given a $200 promise ring. We are also getting a lawyer! This business has no business being in business. Give her (Sharon Petersen) her ring back now!!!llll This past year my sister and brother-in-law have had a very tough time. They can not afford to go out and buy a new wedding ring plus it wouldn’t have the memories of the original one! Better make this happen I am going to call tomorrow to discuss this with Rhonda. My advice do not do business there!"

"Said they could remount my grandmother's ring. Waited 2 weeks for them to call the day it was supposed to be done. Finally got a call after 5pm saying they couldn't do it. Total lack of professionalism! This was supposed to be my Christmas present. Heartbroken!"
