"If you’re going to charge almost $5 for 4 turkey, lettuce, ranch, and cheese pinwheels, you should probably at least put meat and lettuce in all of them. Laziness at its finest."
"Went in for an oil change they dropped the oil out of the transmission didn't change the oil filter and put in an extra 5 quarts on top of the old oil. Made a claim their insurance won't answer the phone email is bogus 1 month later get a letter denying the claim so it's time to hand it over to a lawyer. Don't use them or ask to see your old oil filter if you do"
"Was just shopping for a couple of last minute Christmas presents and I have to say that their shelves are much more organized then other Walmarts that I have been in. I've only been to this one, like 3 times though, but so far I've been impressed with the organized shelves. Everything in the Christmas aisle today was faced and pulled forward."
"I used the self check, as the live checkers have become an endangered species there. I try to get one near the “helper” in case I have an issue. I had 7 different items. The bags are only one size and are not large enough to hold Christmas decorations, ie a 24” wreath. But, I believe this is by design to cut down on “shrinkage” (theft). As I got to the end of my items I had three boxes of ornaments, exactly the same, that I rang up, one after the other and bagged each in their own bag, that’s the only way they would fit. Instantly the “helper” was at my side saying she could see I was trying to scan multiple items. Well, yes I was, but I has multiple items, three constituted multiple items as the screen showed and I showed her the three bags in my cart clearly showing three boxes. What was the issue? I was confused. But, the little hand held unit in her hand showed her I had three in my cart before I started, checked three and bagged three. If she had a real problem, she could have jammed the register, come over, said they had had issues with that one, dumped everything from the bags back into the cart and moved everything to a human to be checked out. I know this because a good friend of mine used to train and open new stores for WalMart. This didn’t happen. I paid and continued on out until I was ask to show my receipt. Legally, I don’t have to, and told her so, but I did. I also told her I felt I was being targeted because I am a white woman, neither of the women who confronted me from the store were white, who is over 70, I don’t look it. I felt discriminated against and frankly targeted. I have NEVER stolen a thing in my life! I am a business owner, as is my husband. We donate heavily back to the various schools and civic needs in this town and I I resent my treatment in this store. I have never been so insulted and humiliated while shopping. Because we own businesses here, we believe in supporting local business and those that support our local citizens. You are making me reconsider that decision. Amazon is just a click away."
"I asked an employee to unlock the power tool case. He didn't have a key, he said he would phone someone over. After waiting a few minutes, I asked another staff to unlock it. The 2nd staff got it unlocked and helped me. Though the glass on the case was stuck. When it came time to check out, all the lanes were full, but didn't have to wait long. It was an okay experience. About what you'd expect from Walmart."
