"I am obsessed with Dunkin and come here pretty often, about 4 times a week. I barely have any issues and everyone is very kind here. I'm obsessed with their pink velvet and white chocolate syrup. I even make my own drinks at home but it's never compares to Dunkin. I usually go to the edgewood location but have been coming here recently. Never disappointed. Just make sure if you're ordering in person, and your order ID very long or specific, repeat a few times to whoever is taking the order. I usually order a head because sometimes it's easy to get my drink wrong ! Great experiences only. When I had an issue recently it was handled professionally by one of the managers and she made it right! I love Dunkin!"

"We were excited to see the new remodel. Were there at 9:05. Half of their donut selection was gone. The new case holds about 1/4 of what the old place offered. Have been long time customers. Probably not going back. When,you have a limited selection and it's only 9 am, doesn't cut it for me. And it's not the first time. We walked out and didn't order. Very disappointed."

"Good drinks but the lady was rude since we weren’t from around here and never had Dunkin’ Donuts so we looked up the menu and it obviously wasn’t updated so the lady was rude. The wraps that are 4 dollars a piece are 2 bites not worth it."
