"Huge seating area throughout the 3 dining areas, the bar and the outside patio. The decor is phenomenal and one of a kind. The staff is welcoming and very pleasant to be around. They definitely want you to have a nice warming experience. The owners are amazing and accommodating to all situations, they also are very in tune with the customers and their wants and needs. They enjoy giving that personal warming experience by checking in to make sure you’re getting the best service possible as well as feedback to make the experience even better for the next visit. When it comes to the food, it’s amazing. My favorite is the airline chicken and mashed potatoes. The flavor is definitely there and the potatoes are homemade with are the best kind in my opinion. The Mac and cheese was fantastic my son is a picky eater and he’s very selective about his food but he couldn’t get enough of it! I love supporting small/family owned businesses and this is definitely a place to come check out for the full experience."

"I recently met a couple of close friends here who I went to college here in Cedar Rapids (which was ages ago) who, along with their two children, ate here for dinner. I had the chicken parmigiana over a bed of linguine noodles. the server was excellent in terms of answering any questions we had about various dishes on the menu. he was attentive and friendly. he didn't hover over us, so we didn't have a burdensome server. we got our meals together and all of our portions sans the kids menu were large and generous. My meal came with garlic toast. My entree was so delicious and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. The cost was about what I wohld expect from a nice, modern restaurant. My friends were all impressed with how good their food was and mentioned that they had to make another stop here the next time they were in Cedar Rapids."

"Really good food! There wasn't a wait on a sat night about 5pm, which was nice. I got the Mac and cheese, which was more alfredo than Mac and cheese, but I wasn't mad, it was good! The jambalaya was really good! Really good flavor! Shrimp were huge. Kids cheese burger was also large! Plenty of seating. The owners also stopped in twice to check with us to make sure we were doing good since it was our first time. Pepsi products. Prices were really fair. I've been to more expensive places and food wasn't as good. The only thing that could be better was the bread that was served with our meals, in my opinion. We'll definitely be back!"
