"There is a delivery guy that delivers packages from this specific location. Lying and saying he Delivered my package and did not ! His co workers covering up for him acting like they have no clue. So sad but I’m a let karma play it’s course. I’ll be getting a full refund for my stolen merchandise either way."

"This place deserves 0 stars. My package was “delivered” on May 7th but it was not there. I called over 4 times just to get a geo location for my package but every time someone would have some sort of excuse of why they can’t provide me more info, and every single time I get someone “promising” to call me back but I never got any. I was extremely patient this entire time, I just wanted to know if the package was left in the mail room or not so I know what to file the case under (delivered to the wrong place or stolen). At this point I don’t know if they were just all lying to me or straight not care"

"Received the rest of my scanned mail, except my check. A guy name Keelon was responsible for our mail route. I never had an issue with my mail being delivered until now. Management claim they would get ahold of him to see what happened then get ahold of me. They never called me, I had to keep calling them. They kept giving me the run around, then tells me I have to call IRS to get another one reissued; which they fail to realize how long of a process that will take and fail to realize I have bills, that wont wait. I do not trust them handling my mail AT ALL!"

"I was watching out my window Friday and the mail person Keenan tossed my package on my porch. Inside was a porcelain frog for my mother..I chased him down and asked him why he didn't bring it up to my door. He said he didn't toss it he dropped it over my railing and they don't have to come to the door because of covid-19...I then watched him walk up the stairs to my neighbors door.. He was extremely rude while I was speaking to him. What is the procedure for packages? All the other delivery services walk up my 3 steps and set it down outside my door or put it inside the screen door. Might change my mind next time I need to send a package!"

"I mailed a 32lbs package on 08/17/19 priority mail for delivery on 08/19/19. It’s going to be 5days and it’s not yet delivered. I’ve checked with my local office they said they can’t help me out since it has been delivered to the state where it was sent and status showed it was out for delivery on the expected delivery date. The next morning it shows Alert, no delivery Scan and out for delivery. The recipient went to three of their local offices just to track the package they kept saying they don’t know where the carrier left it and that he is not around. I’ve been calling over 4 offices within the zip code. 08/19/19 Package Departed at USPS regional destination facility southern MD, Distribution center 4:25 am. The package arrived 8:46 am post office Laurel, Maryland 20707. 08/19/19 9:40 out for delivery Laurel, MD 20708. Since then they don’t know where the package is. They are so rude and inpatient. I’ve opened a case and I sure hope they find a way to deliver my package. I don’t know why some irresponsible carrier would scan customers important packages. I wouldn’t rest till I find answer. If you want to be disappointed don’t you can go ahead and trust them with your package."
