"Went to a wedding that had uncle ernies catered. Average food. BBQ sauce was delicious, and sides were good but Meat was over cooked. It seemed that the meat that was catered was store bought and reheated and overcooked. It deff wasn't smoked hours on end to goodness. I honestly was excited to consider uncle ernies for catering my wedding, but will have to reconsider to have guaranteed freshness for my special day."

"Decent like any other average place. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich at the Elkhorn balloon festival and when it arrived it was partially pulled pork with chunks of pork. There's a reason restaurants don't sell a chunk pork sandwich: nobody would order it. Everywhere else you order if you pay for pulled pork you simply get pulled pork. The barbecue sauce tasted like it was mixed with a bit if ketchup. Again it was decent so 3 stars."
