"Accidentally bought an empty eyeliner box so when I went back and told the cashier she had to get her manager. The store “manager”(at sephora) was unprofessional and took forever to help what should have been a very simple swap. Took her 10 minutes to come and Instead of immediately helping me she decided to walk around the store texting on her phone right in front of me before helping me and while helping me out. the whole interaction which should have taken no more than 5 minutes took literally 15 minutes. And instead of just giving me a different box with the eyeliner they had to cancel the pay and then had to make me buy it again with a gift card which made no sense eithe but maybe that’s store policy. She also asked both the cashier and I if we had noticed the box was empty which if we had do you think I would have bought and walked away with it? Unimpressed."
