"My daughter, who is only 14, went in to get a t-shirt and sweatshirt. She approved the design and they started making it before she was able to ask for the price. She told them she couldn’t afford both. She was told you must buy it now. You don’t have to get the t-shirt but we started the sweatshirt so you must pay. The clerk told her she had to pay or she couldn’t leave. She was charged $60 for a sweatshirt. She was scared and left the store to call me crying and scared. I went back in and tried to talk to the man working there. He gave me many reasons why he was correct. He told me he was going to call mall security. I asked for the manager and he told me he was in charge today and that I could call the head manager if I wanted. We were told to leave and not come back. I asked for the manager's name and was told to figure it out for myself. If I could give negative stars I would."

"This guy today gave us the worst service ever! Came in and asked for a custom t shirt for a memorial service, and the guy had the worst attitude, very rude, and rushing us, came out with the print and he did not peel off the inside of several letters... over priced, threading is coming undone of t shirt, refused to change or fix it. Very upset this happened to us and especially on something so important to us, that was the print for our friends memorial."
