"Was in on 10/13 and 10/15 around 5pm both days. On 10/13 the ladies were absolutely wonderful 100% customer satisfaction, greeted as we walked in, very helpful in finding the perfect dress. Unfortunately we had to get the correct size online. On 10/15 the exact opposite, not a single word was said to me and my presence in the store was 100% ignored and I decided to go somewhere else."

"Absolutely love the selection and styling! Love that there's such a great selection for people! It's on the pricier side but they almost always have some sale! Jenna at this location was particularly helpful for me! She was very friendly and quick to help me when I made a mistake. Everyone working was honestly very sweet and helpful! "Emily at the Jordan Creek Torrid was wonderful today! I placed a last minute order for funeral clothes and we needed it earlier than the up to four hours it could take for in-store pickup. My mom called and spoke with her and she started shopping it right away and let us know it would be ready in plenty of time for my husband to pick up. "So , went in for one thing but Annette and Jenna were freaking awesome! I forgot my glasses and couldn’t see and they helped me through my whole shopping experience. Also I cannot remember the other lady but also awesome! Store was clean and well stocked. Staff very helpful . Needs more jewelry (they have awesome jewelry an shoes(needs more shoe selection.) Great experience."

"The store is usually hit or miss. Sometimes I get staff who welcome me in and ask if I need help finding anything. Other times like today, nobody says anything to me until it's almost closing time. I love their clothing and it makes me feel confident."
