Iowa City Transit System

"Iowa city transit is highly unreliable. Since last 2-3 months, they were pretty much on time. Now after snow and cold started, they are again back to who they truly are. They often skip the bus. Like if there are buses at 6, 6.15 and 6.30, then they miss 6.15 bus and there will be two buses, one at 6.30 and another at 6.35. Now we can not track the buses reliably. That means you have to wait in freezing cold for 15-20 minutes. They always have one or another excuse ready. For whatever reason, if you can not manage running buses every 15 minutes, just run it every 30 minutes. Why faking? At least people will take shelter in somewhere warm and not wait in freezing cold. The entire management of iowa city transit need to be purged out with new competent hire. They are useless thugs scavenging on public money."
