"I was dispatched late, arrived late, had the wrong name and PO#s on the bills and these people where pure professionals. Most places would have sent you away. But, they simply Emailed the Shipper/Broker and told them what they were receiving. Once verified it was a shippers error they put me in a dock after checking the seal and I was unloaded in less than an hour. Total time there, 2hrs. Believe me I would not have been surprised or upset if they had turned me away. I would have let my company work out the mess and gone to the nearest truck stop and taken a shower."
