Over loaded trucks running down the highways and interstates in the Des Moines area dumping rocks all over the roads and smashing peoples windshields. I called the police because I was able to take a quick photo. The police said the owner of the company, Robert Manning was the most uncooperative person that the officer had ever spoke with. Robert takes no resposibility for his companies action, even though I provided: Driver Information Exchange Report from the police, Photos of the overfilled truck, Photos of my windshield, and a quote for damages.
