"Arrow in Omaha came through for us. We had a student activity planned for months and the first bus company did not inform me that they were unable to transport us until I contacted them 2 weeks before the trip with more specific details. I contacted Arrow and Zach in the Omaha office had our charter scheduled that day. Our driver was fabulous and very patient with our bus load of students and multiple stops. "We had a very large group (totaling about 6 or 8 buses), and we were traveling around the LA area for about 5 full days. From the early morning to late at night, our bus was super reliable. Our bus driver, Orlando (“O”), made me smile, and he truly made our trip. Our entire bus loved him, and he is one of the nicest people I met on this journey. Honestly, the whole point of this review is to thank Orlando for all the high-fives when we were getting on and off the bus and for his care for all of us kids and the adults that was genuine.
