"Don't trust their service area map on the website. Apparently they don't deliver to all of Pottawattamie County just the areas they want. The receptionist who was very helpful and kind called to let me know the driver decided our house was too far. Not sure what companies allow drivers to decide these boundaries but it is very disappointing that they aren't willing to honor what they put on their website. Probably for the best because if they don't honor what they put in writing who knows what else they wouldn't honor."
"These folks are great to work with. I'm able to drop off 20lb tanks in the morning and they are filled by the end of the day. They also check to make sure my tanks are operating safely and if not, let me know what needs to be done. They also give back to our community by helping our local, privately funded, High School Swim Team with a neat fund raiser. Our students have enjoyed working with Pelgas employees on this project."

"We've been out of propane this weekend, it snowed and the lows were in the 30's and we have two small children, our fault- we totally get it. When I called and spoke to Connie this morning to see if we could get propane today, she was rude and uncompassionate. She was only worried about getting off the phone. When my husband called back to make sure we would get propane today, she responded snotty -"well we were planning on it". I understand that people probably call and demand service, but I was really expecting better customer service and compassion from this company."
