"Pizza was scarce and chicken breast was served raw. When addressed with management instead of offering another was told I didn't understand the marinating process for their chicken. I have eaten at Pizza Ranch in CB and definitely know undercooked chicken. Next time just correct the issue."

"We have been to this particular location 4 times in the past year, and today was the worst experience ever. Chicken was undercooked, and all the buffet bars were under sto ked with food and messy. We arrived at 5pm and ordered a pizza, and at 550pm, there was still no pizza, and when asked about the delay, we were advised that the kitchen was making other orders first."
