"I had a really bad experience at this place and I would give them a zero rating. Despite arriving at the scheduled time for my appointment, I had to wait for 35 minutes due to their poor time management. The team's communication was also terrible and ineffective, which made the situation even worse. Overall, the services provided by this place were horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone."

"I made an appointment online and showed up on time for the appointment. The lady at the desk told me the person I had scheduled with (Erica) was running late. No apology or explanation. I decided to wait even though I only had an hour to spend. In the next couple minutes the lady told the couple sitting next to me (who were there before me) that the person they scheduled with had just messaged to say they would not be coming in that day. I ended up leaving after waiting 20 minutes because it was unclear if my tax professional was even going to show up. Again no apology or explanation when I said I couldn't wait any longer. Very unprofessional and very bad customer service. I wouldn't waste my time trying to get your taxes done there, they obviously don't care about their customers."
