Support gave us the runaround, then finally put us in contact with the night staff at this facility. The staff here went far above and beyond, dug through containers until they found our package, and let us pick it up at 10pm on Friday night. I am so impressed and so grateful for their care and dedication. Our new pet is alive and well!"

"I don’t live in Omaha but had to stop here to ship some stuff while I was in town. I had to come give a 5 star review though for the above and beyond service that I received while there. Kenny S and Celeste M were so kind and helpful. They helped my husband and I get everything packed up. Usually when I go to a fedex they don’t ever offer to help pack but Kenny and Celeste happily did it. Thank you so much for your help!"
"If you feel uncomfortable with a driver and call to tell them, they will make sure that driver delivers to you EVERYDAY of the week even though you call them and tell them you are extremely uncomfortable dealing with that driver. Also, they never wear their masks no matter how many times you ask them"
