"After a long year of being quarantined at home and having a baby this year. I needed a lot of attention as a customer. I wasn't sure what size jeans I wore let alone which styles I wanted. When coming to the door, Our sales associates Ceibhionn(cave-in) and Nick both were totally amazing. They immediately showed us which clothing was included in the current deals and where we could find what we were looking for. She helped me grab numerous styles ans sizes while i was changing. Staff was always super patient when my daughter locked me out of the changing room. I was definitely worried about our 1 and 3 year old children being a bit high energy. But the staff were super kind and even helped entertain them while I tried on dozens of jeans.They had no problem looking in back for my husband's sizes and were even able to find him almost his entire spring wardrobe. Nick related to my husband in the sense with being tall but not needing a shirt that was super wide. The staff at this location were totally amazing. Customer service was 100% We will be back to this location for sure."

"My daughter worked here. Loved her job. But one day she was called in for a “meeting” where she was TERMINATED!!! No reason was given to her. Evidence was never shown of her stealing. My daughter is a varsity cheerleader and gets good grades. A thief is something she will NEVER be. She was pressured and intimidated by a supervisor. I guess that’s what he was because when I came in the store to ask for him he refused to come out!! My daughter was wrongfully accused and humiliated by these people. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT AREOPOSTALE AGAIN!!!"

"From out of town bought a pair of leggings and traveled and went to wear them but still has the ink tag on it and couldnt travel back to go and take it off. So not happy about that."
