"Read the reviews after I booked with them. Waited to see what they would deduct and sure enough they deducted a tracking fee. Which is funny bc our elds are integrated so someone didn’t do their job and put the truck number in. I also contacted their shipper who was disappointed to hear that they are shady and let me know they kept 40% of the run. Anywho, looks like it’s part of their business model to steal from carriers. Also, all of their positive reviews seem to be paid for from people that aren’t even in America. Shippers use brokers/carriers with integrity."
