"They offer a great service... but some of the staff are pretty rude and inconsiderate. I use them when I have to... but overall... it's pretty poor service at this place."
"Wouldn't allow me to get a package that was delayed due to their airlines costing me hundreds. It was only 3 minutes late too. Absolutely absurd and disrespectful. Customers are required and made to wear masks or no service but it's not required of employees to wear masks apparently."
"Stood at the desk for 15 min before someone finally asked if I needed help. After filling out the shipment request form I waited another 10 minutes. There was an employee sitting 10 feet away who didn't move the entire time I was there. This is the WORST customer service I have experienced shipping my tools. And I have been to more than 15 different locations."
