"Attempted to get ahold of UPS multiple times about a package that was suck at customs, they would not allow me to update the address as the package was, "never out for delivery." I was unable to update it through their website either. Have never been more frustrated or dissatisfied by a delivery company every. Now my package is being sent back to the sender! What a joke!"

"Google hours and posted hours do not match. Google says UPS is open until 5pm on Saturdays. Posted sign when i got to UPS says closed Saturdays and Sundays. I wouldnt have wasted time and gas to drive 40 minutes if the hours were updated on google...."

"I would be very nice if you were open on Saturdays cause trying to get the package on a Saturday is a joke now I'm going to have to wait until Monday to talk to someone about my package cause I would really like to know what the package or packages are cause I'm waiting for 3 items to come and I've been waiting for them for almost a month now this sucks You people aren't open in Denison Iowa on Saturdays or Sundays and not opened until 4:00 on weekdays for 2 hours what a joke"

"Completely useless. Gives a delivery time for morning on app on package you must sign for, sit all day for no show. Says will be next morning same issues. UPS apparently thinks no one has a life. Can't talk to anyone for assistance in Denison they don't answer the phone. Their toll free number a joke and just a run around. So unprofessional."

"Package in perfect condition. Unfortunately the delivery driver left the very large package leaning against our mailbox. We live in the country and have a quarter mile long driveway. The mailbox is at the end of our drive on a heavily traveled gravel road! I am not sure why anyone would think it is ok to leave a package along side a road where anyone could grab it!!! Ever heard of porch pirates? Heck all they would have had to do is lean out their door and grab it! Luckily I seen it dropped off, so I could retrieve it before it was stolen!! No other driver has ever left a package at our mailbox! They bring it to the door, as they should!!!! Uncalled for and lazy!!!! AND yes our driveway is open, in good condition to drive on, and easily accessible! AND no we don’t have a mean dog or anything! No excuses!"
