"Maybe we hit a bad day. It was 12:15 on Thursday February 22, 2024. When we arrived we were a group of four with three other people eating/waiting for food. We were given a one hour lunch break and we were almost late getting back. Several people left without ordering, some left after ordering, but not getting food."

"One of the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen. Guy at the register locked the door and people were having issues getting out (he had to unlock it so they could leave) EXTREMELY slow service, dude looks like he hates his job! Tables were 60% dirty, floors had food all over them. Watched kitchen staff run their face and proceed to make peoples food WITHOUT changing gloves. Rated 1 star because that is as low as it goes. NASTY. Never coming back! Also have video proof of being locked inside."

"Guy got an attitude while taking out order. Plus a lot of employees just standing around while talking about how the orders are prepared and lobby was extremely dirty."

"I went to Burger King this afternoon-was going to go through the drive thru however there was a stalled car at the intercom to take order....everyone else was just backing up and leaving....I however parked my car and approached this vehicle....inside was a senior citizen-beside herself (crying stating she had been there about 15 minutes) because she didn't know what was wrong with her car....wouldn't start and she was holding up the line....myself along with another gentleman were able to get her car pushed around the corner and out of the drive thru lane!! Not one time did a Burger King employee come out to see if they could help....mind you they were not busy at the time.....after helping the lady....I went into the store to order food and get something to drink....I had mentioned to the guy taking my order that their drive thru was open again....he said to me....oh do you want your food that you order!! Not once Thank you or any concern for the lady sitting in the drive through!! Absolutely absurd!! We need to treat our seniors better than this!!Then inside the store was gross....big water/soda mess by the machine....tables sticking and gross!! Definitely will never patronize this business again!!"
