"My parcel they had text me that it was delivered, but when I text them it was not they sent me a picture of a completely different house. I sent them pictures of my house and they replied back if I don’t receive it by 3/17/23 to call seller and start procedures which I think they should take care of it."

"Very easy experience to pick up our 2 heavy packages at this location. We had them shipped " hold for pick up" with our phone number. David called us when they arrived and brought them out to our car and loaded up. Excellent customer service once you navigate the robotic calls and talk to a real person."

"As a driver I overheard alot of drivers who stole packages. They claimed if you saw a package you wanted park for a min at the home and driver off. The gps will say it was delivered and fedex will deny claim. Sometimes if you call quick you can see the video before its deleted but most of the time youll be late and they blame it on a porch pirate when it was a driver. So maybe half of missing boxes the driver stole. Its almost always the drivers who are paid for 8 hours and given 12 hours of work. Call fed ex and complain, enough people that do it and they will maybe be able to stop it"

"Horrible!!! The tracking showed my package delivered on 9-17. The package was NOT delivered. I contacted FedEx and they said the address was wrong so they sent it back. I contacted the person I purchased from and they said that was not possible. I called FedEx back they said my package was in Kansas. I asked how? The said duplicate tracking number and my package would be there on the 19. The morning of the 19 I called and they said the package was in Sioux City and I would have it by 8:30 PM. NO PACKAGE. I called on the morning of the 20th. They FedEx said the package was at 1900 Hamilton Blvd, one of their locations. I said I would pick it up because of all the issues. 45 min later I got to the location and they said they didn't have it. I called FedEx back. They said they had shipped the item back to the sender because of no address. I said that is impossible. They said the package was in IDAHO! I asked are you sure you don't mean IOWA? Seriously!!! Couldn't even read the state. I went to the FedEx express location and finally talked to someone who could help. She tracked the package down at the ground location and sent me there. Absolutely the worst customer service, communication, and package handling. The only positive was the lady at the express location."

"Truck supposedly delivered my package to an address that doesn't exist (I checked the address it was dropped off at). When I told them I tried to find the address it was left at and found it doesn't exist they offered no explanation as to where it really went. They said they'd pick it back up, inspect it, hold the package, then try to redeliver it. I ended up offering to pick it up as I didn't need my package that had a computer in it to be delivered to a wrong address again. Y'all need to re-train some drivers or figure out who's being shady with people's packages."
