"Been using the bus system for about 30 + years and a lot has changed and I personally don't like it. That of disrespectful people straight out!!! BUS DRIVERS INCLUDED!!! I mean you don't like your job quit, don't take it out on passengers, just cuz you having a bad day, day route, bad moment, etc. A lot of ppl are not assertive and won't stick up for themselves or report them to their manager. Sometimes you got to do what you got to do for people to wake up or for them to change their behavior. I'm not on the buses like I use to be. I miss a lot of the other drivers as well RIP to the ones that are no longer with us. I hope that there will be some changes at the station by the next time I take the bus...."

"Should be able to wait INDOORS for late night busses! Theres no staff, nowhere but hard steel benches outside to wait. That is not safe! We were approached by people who were intoxicated or asking us for money. Staff your facility so people can wait safely inside. Shame on you. That said, the bus driver is wonderful and the busses are nice."

"If I could give you a zero I would. Went to buy a pass for a client who is disabled walked in with a check the man informed me "we dont take checks" ok understandable. We leave go to the bank come back I called and asked what time they close 5:30pm (while at the bank). We come back and ask to buy a bus pass specifically for a client with disabilities, they old man working said rudely " I just closed my drawer! If you want you can wait" ok we can wait how long do you think it will be ?? "I dont know may 10min maybe half an hour! Plus we close at 4:30pm!" I called and the man said 5:30pm "we close at 4:30 the building closes at 5:30" it is 4:31pm. He was rude, had a terrible attitude, not to mention wasted gas and time and we are out a bus pass because MONDAY is a holiday. I hope some one actually reads these reviews. Thank you SIOUXLAND PROUD"
