"First- Stephanie worked the set,-up, she laughed at My jokes, and with striped it up my appointment, i changed it 4 days earlier. Ron and the other guy-- very strong, and conscious Efforts. I very definitely recommend Action Moving Rating high for effectiveness, good efforts, communications Ron was my contact saying yes to this or no.of small items. I really felt good as did not take long load and my friends help,,--- she had my sketch A,,smd things were placed well Where i had pictured furniture to go, Both gentlemen were strong, conscientious and just wirked great. I would use Action again and recommend this company. I was pleasantly surprised and yet amazed how these worked together"

"I have never used a moving company before, but after experiencing professional staff at ACTION MOVING, in Sioux City, I would hire them again, hands down. It was easy to call and scedule with Stephanie, she was clear with details. The movers were on time, work very fast, and stick to the job. Garret and the two other movers were all very polite and respectful. All of my things, no matter big or small, or highly fragile were handled with care. I have found no damage in unpacking. I had 3 floors of things to move and they accomplished that feat with a precision of efficiency!! Thanks ACTION MOVING for making my move a great experience!!!"

"Terrible experience. This company was hired to move and store our items. They misplaced several items, most importantly pictures that cannot be replaced. We have over 12k in damages and they are offering only 1600.00 in coverages and that will be paid ONLY after we pay them $3800 for delivering damaged belongings. Pay attention to the email picture where a staff member is advising the owner of the company to settle this claim, seems as if everyone knew the items were damaged? Initially we were told they would do a claim and items would be covered, only to be told no coverage existed. Then we were told they would have someone come and evaluate the sleep number mattress in the photos, never happened. They have no regard for their customers belongings and dismiss responsibility for damages that occurred. Most recently Casey stated “you have our insurance company’s information if you feel their is a liability claim, then you should file it” Beware, there are several reputable moving companies, protect your interests and go elsewhere."

"We hired action moving and storage to help move displays and an exhibit from one museum to Grand Meadow Heritage Center; the work to do this was intimidating to not just me but our board of volunteers. Action sent out 3 guys and a large straight truck to move all of our items even 1 extra display case! They were quick, professional, and careful as the exhibit itself was very fragile! I won't recommend any other company than Action because they did a phenomenal job with the circumstances we had. In total they moved 9 heavy wooden display cases including: trim, lights, glass, and a diorama with its base, lights, and enclosure. The crew had to take it from the basement of the original museum and disperse the items between the 3 floors of our museum, they did an amazing job! Nothing was cracked, broken, or lost in this adventure and we will definitely hire them in the future!"
