"Do not count on them to help any kind of elder in need. The cab driver sat outside of the hospital WATCHING while a elderly man lost his pants and was completely Indecently exposed this man came from another facility and had no undergarments on the cab driver just watched as this man got embarrassed and children were walking by I called to complain and they told me he did his job and isn’t allowed to touch the passenger because of liability purposes. I’m repulsed immensely and will not be referring them to anybody that needs transportation from my facility."

Their employee stole my Credit Card data, overcharged my debit card with Microsoft X-Box fraud, and THIS COMPANY told me in less kindly words to "f" off and eat the man-cream that didn't dribble down my mothers thighs. They have never paid me back, nor has Microsoft. I would use the public transit before Yellow-Belly-Theives-cab!!!!!"

"Ridiculously EXPENSIVE , the cars are old the driver needs to go back to the DMV for a re-test, if possible use Uber or Lyft, I should have but was in a slow hurry, I was actually in a hurry but the service wss snail slow. Stay away from this company if possible they will empty your wallet."
