"I've been going to Statewide Tax for my tax return 2 years now. The first time was good in 2022 for the 2021 tax year. 2022 was a 360 degree turn. The tax preparer who did my taxes is Janice Taylor. The second time I had her do my taxes it was awful. She messed up my taxes terribly. She inserted the wrong numbers for my state return saying I owe $800 to state. And she jacked up both my City of Flint tax and Pontiac City tax. Paid $100 for her services. And that's what I get. Unbelievable. Do not have your taxes done there unless you want a bunch of headaches. I'm sure they messed up other customer's tax returns as well. As they did mine. I am owed a refund of $153 from the City of Flint. I actually received the refund a few weeks after it was processed. But since Janice Taylor had to amend my City of Flint return. It's all messed up thanks to her.. omg!!! I will never use Statewide Tax & Financial ever again. Mark my words this tax prep business is one of the worst in Genessee County. In my opinion a few of the tax specialists need to retire asap, including Clarence"
