"This place is a joke.. I brought in 3 baskets of name brand clothing and they brought nothing!! But yet they advertise they buy clean name brand items (really?).. Also the customer service could use alot of improvements!! Very unpleasant experience!!"

"A great place to go for deals on clothing but definitely do not expect customer service… at all. Employees are beyond rude, will sigh and work around you while you try to shop, carry on conversations almost going out of their way to ignore customers. Asking for a fitting room is a huge inconvenience and even checking out seems like such a bother to them. A simple “thank you, have a great day” would be nice. I enjoy the deals but unless staff steps it up soon I’m done supporting this business. SF desperately needs a consignment shop where customers can feel somewhat appreciated. If you’re looking to sell, it’s super hit or miss. Some of the stuff for sale you wonder how they took it ( Walmart brands for regular price, things with missing buttons or hems coming undone, stains) but they pass on name brand in season items… I can’t figure out their system so I’d rather post on marketplace or donate."

"I brought some items to sell. All the clothing was from Banana Republic and Athleta. I made sure they were in good condition and nothing was more than 2 years old! I also brought in a pair of Bed Stu boots that were brand new with tags on. These boots currently retail for over $200. (Didn't take them.) They only purchased 11 items and I received $77.00. This is about 10% what I paid new. So, I guess they didn't like them or didn't need them. (Tells me we definitely need more consignment shops in Sioux Falls.) The worst part was the RUDENESS of the employees!!! When I arrived I felt like I was in the army and being given orders by a drill sergeant. Then when I came to pick up she said to go to a different part of the counter area. That girl told me to get in line. There was no line!! Apparently, she didn't feel like helping me? When another employee heard me say, "I am confused. I don't see a line." She came to help me and made an excuse for the other employee that the day had been chaotic. I will NEVER set foot in there again. I will give my clothes away or take them straight to Good Will from now on."

"Went in to look around my 14 year old wanted some athletic pants, they had them but at more then the retail price brand new. And1 $17.88 on the original store tag which is still on the pants but on the style price tag they have them marked as $24. A lot of the women's clothes looked like they are fairly decent priced however men's cheap athletic pants are marked above what they should be."

"If I were able to give 0 stars, I would. The employees at the store made us wait for damn near an hour just to tell us that they weren't able to accept what we were trying to sell due to a small stain that could easily be removed with a simple wash. They were rude and unprofessional, making snarky remarks and refusing to properly inspect our items. This was a complete waste of time."
