"Only take rides that will be a greater distance to make the most money and is rude about it. If he don't choose to give you a ride he will just hang the phone up with out saying a word then not answer. Dude needs to get some lessons in manors, people skills and realize customers pay his bills so show some respect."

"There is a very nice older woman who is phenomenal and I tipt her well, I hadn't used a taxi in many years and had an emergency so I was pleased with her service, when I called later a man answered and said I would have to call in the morning if I wanted her and was very sarcastic and rude when I asked if I could schedule a pick up time with someone else he hung up on me but not before he laughed. I don't recommend using this service at all!!"
