"So I applied for the advance tax loan I was told it would only be a soft pull on my credit turns out it was a hard pull on my credit I had spoke to the Operations manger and she was very nice even offered me a discount of 100 to keep them as my tax preparers however that was before I called the bank that issues the money for the advance she said it was a hard pull on my credit and that I can’t just have my bank send the money back or they will not allow me to file elsewhere so now I have to get a money order mail it to the republic bank in Kentucky and wait for them to receive and process the money order so I can go file my taxes with my regular tax people turbo tax this has been by far the most aggregated I have ever been dealing with being told one this and other happening don’t do it just don’t"
