"I have lived here for about a year now and have no complaints! The staff are super friendly and maintenance has been on top of every request that I’ve had, which hasn’t been many because there has rarely been anything wrong in my unit! The complex is very quiet and I have never felt unsafe which was a big concern of mine going into my first apartment on my own! Also love the giveaways and other things they do to show their appreciation for their tenants."

"I lived here for a little short of 2 years. The place looks nice, but you're definitley paying for it and when things did break usually it wasn't fixed for a while or was fixed poorly. One of the doors kept breaking and management left rude notes about how it was tenants fault instead of fixing it. Meant the door was open in -20 degree weather and there was no security for months. When power goes out the electronically locked doors do not operate, so you cannot get into your apartment. I paid over 900 a month for a studio. Moved to Des Moines and have cheaper rent on a one bedroom. Several times they tried to enter the apartment with less than 24 hours notice. They also started refusing checks even though checks were an acceptable payment form in the lease. One year they left the music on from about 10 am to 10pm at the pool until after it snowed (only turned it off after multiple complaints). Parking occasionally was very difficult as there are periods with almost no available parking. Communication with the staff was difficult as they had limited hours and did not reply most of the time to phone calls or emails. Moving out is difficult as you have to give them 2 months notice (even if leaving at the end of your lease)."

"At first, I thought this was a great place, and the maintenance is on top of things.. takes care of things in a timely manner. I rented for a year, and didn’t spend a single night there….. I decorated the place and spent a few afternoons there. I asked before I hung stuff on the walls and was told all was good just not to try to fix any holes that were left because maintenance was very picky about how things were fixed. Upon my move out I did as I was told and did not try to fix any holes. Even though I truly did not live there, just paid rent for a year I vacuumed upon my exit. As a sidenote, upon my move in there were spots pulled away from the backsplash in the kitchen that I noticed, there was rust on the bottom of the main entry door., I also noted how very worn one of the toilet seats was. I was asked if I wanted it replaced, I declined as I knew I wouldn’t be staying there. I just didn’t want to be charged for it upon move out. I got my deposit return today and was charged $122 for a full apartment clean, a full apartment clean…? Don’t they clean before the next person moves in anyway?!? If they don’t GROSS!!! if they do, then why was I charge that after not even living there? I would hate to see what someone that actually lived in their unit gets charged!!"

"I have lived here for 2 years. I am happy that we finally have Taylor. She is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns with informative and good answers. The maintenance staff is quick and very friendly. I am hoping that my rent stays affordable like it is now so I can move into year 3 with no problems. My only concern is the amount of people that live here that do not clean up after their pets. In the hallways, as well as the grounds. Adults that allow this should be ashamed of themselves. It is not the management company’s job to make sure you clean up after your pet. People need to figure it out or not own pets! We pay a decent amount of money to live here and we all should wish for it to be clean and sanitary. DO BETTER residents!"
