Logan Park Apartments

"I have lived here for roughly 9 months . My rent is very reasonable . It is for the most part , quiet . A few nosy neighbors , but that's OK . The parking policy is ridiculous , and embarrassing . When you want friends or loved ones to visit , you have to constantly remind them of the parking policy , and where to park . The tow company is ran by a bunch of crooks ! Very unprofessional , they lie , cheat , and attempt to scam you out of your vehicle . They have 8 spots for visitors , they need at.least 12 . Some residents have more than one vehicle . Morale is sometimes very low here . No activities for residents . No Christmas party , or Thanksgiving meal , like they used to have . Only one maintenance man , they need 2 . The place would get a higher ranking if it wasn't for the parking ."

"I work for a local delivery company and on a delivery to a resadent I entered the building and in no less than 3 minutes they had my vehicle towed and I had to pay almost 250$ to have my vehicle released to me, this place is a scam"
