"Great complex to live in. Managers and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance does a great job at responding quickly to any issues and following up. Location is great and quiet as well being surrounded by parks and forested areas really helps."

"Recently moved in office forgot we ask for a garage ahead of time and now stuck with a far away one than the one that was showed to us. Water pressure is very weak so expect longer showers, internet is extremely horrible so if you use internet for work this place is going to get you into trouble please tech friends stay away you will be told you can only use centurylink and setup is easy but you will be limited on service extremely. Apartment complex office will blame centurylink but it's there owners choice to keep business only with centurylink to provide you horrible service and speed. My internet hasn't been on in a week and I planned ahead its not emergency to centurylink and there contract with Carmen estate is a joke to them. I miss mediacom. Carmen estate is overvalued but quiet hidden area you don't get your money valued price goes up but quality goes down perfect mirror reflexion of today's world.. great welcome to Carmen estate just gotta deal with it they say"

"This is a great place to live. Apartment living has its own set of challenges but all in all the units are roomy and nicely layed out. Quiet neighborhood, great location. There is a lot of new development in the area, trails, shopping, parks, everything we need is close by. Management is professional and although we have only had to call on maintenance once for a very minor problem, they were quick to respond and fixed the issue."

"Been living here for about 4 months, really nice neighborhood and complex. Love being able to pay rent and submit maintenance requests online. Management and staff are responsive and attentive to any issues and make you feel welcome. Having security cameras on the premises makes my family feel safe here. Would highly recommend if within your budget."
