"I've lived for 19 years and lobe this place. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Maintenence responds in a day or less on requests. The complex has a few events throughout the year to help residents get to know each other. The complex is close to bike trails, shopping, schools, churches & downtown Des Moines. Highly recommend!"

"I have been living here for over a year and have enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The entire staff is helpful and friendly and very understanding. They have been very accommodating to me and the complex is very nice with great amenities. I never had any concerns about safety in this area, it also relatively close to fun places here in the city, which is great. They also have social events throughout the year, which is great to meet your neighbors and get to know the staff better. Highly recommend living here to anyone!"

"From the very first time I reached out to the team at Park Ave they have been great to work with. I moved to Des Moines from out of state and they were quick to respond and worked with me from several states away. They even sent me videos of the unit since I couldn't make the trip to see it in person. This great experience has continued over the past two years. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and Victoria and Kendra in the office have been great to work with. The pool is perfect in the summer, hallways and sidewalks are kept clean, and the dog park and dog wash station are great amenities. I haven't use the fitness room much. It is small but has everything you would need for the basics! My rent went up after a year, but it was a very manageable amount and it really does feel like that has been put back into the apartment community with seasonal events and maintenance upgrades! All my neighbors have been great, always willing to chat or bring your package inside. I very rarely hear anyone in the units around me which was a surprise since I've lived in apartments where you can hear everything. You couldn't ask for a better location with several parks and trails nearby and easy access to downtown, WDM, and the interstate. All in all, I would highly recommend Park Ave by Broadmoor to anyone looking! I will definitely be sticking around for the foreseeable future."

"I have lived here for a year and have recently resigned my lease. I love the apartment, it is a really good price given how close to downtown they are. They are also located right next to a huge park with a bike trail. Any Maintenance requests I've submitted were resolved the next day. Overall I really enjoy this complex and am happy to call it my home for the foreseeable future!"

"I love it here. After years of apartments that just didn’t live up to the hype, this place is the real deal. Well-built, which means I barely know that I have neighbors. Good parking lot and excellent snow clearing in the winter. Very responsive staff (Victoria and Kendra!) for any issues you might have, and very quick maintenance response. Good neighborhood, close to the bike path, easy drive to work downtown. Love having w/d and central AC. Holiday treats for residents are a nice personal touch :)."
