"Great place with reasonable prices. Met the new manager last week and she was incredibly nice, she took the time to sit down and have a real conversation with me. Told her about work orders that I put in a long time ago and they were taken care of that same day. The atmosphere in the office has changed 1000%. The maintenance staff is always friendly and willing to help. Overall a pretty great place to live."

"If you love being harassed by tenants just because of your skin tone I highly suggest living here. The apartment complex itself is Infested with criminal associations/activity. Constant berating by other tenants weekly. People parking so close to your car that you can’t even get in during the morning time. The Inadequate, debutants in the office of indigo properties at this location need to go to Bias interpersonal and racial sensitivity training. I’ve also experienced false advertising on 1 to 2 bedroom availability. I sincerely hope that the incompetent derelicts in the office have this property COMPLETELY COMPLIANT and up to code. I will be calling the city,better business bureau, and lastly Contacting KCCI on these racially motivated altercations that I’ve experienced while living here."

"This was the cheapest apartment I could find in the area and I’ve had no issues. maintenance is handled in a timely matter and the staff is friendly which is always a big thing for me. The only thing to look out for is none of the utilities are included in the price of rent but I was aware of that when I moved in and even with that it still seems to be one of the cheapest places to live in the urbandale area. I’ve had no problems with bugs and they have been keeping up with property maintenance like the parking lots."

"I have finally found a place I can call home! Heather and Angela are found in the office and they have answered every question I had before moving in and they made sure I felt comfortable the day I signed my lease. Bristol Ridge puts on events for their community, at least two a month and it is great seeing everyone come together. I have lived at numerous places and those places never felt as welcoming as Bristol Ridge. I wish maintenance was a bit more responsive with work orders, but they eventually get everything done. I will be at Bristol Ridge for many years to come."

"Love living at Bristol Ridge Apartments because the people here are so nice and well-being. The kids are very nice very helpful. They help me in ways but I can’t even help myself. The managing is very respectful very well behaved him. The rent is not that high which I think you guys for And I can’t really explain how I love living at Crystal River. I just love it it’s the most peaceful apartment I’ve ever lived that younger am I’m just so grateful for living here."
