"0 stars, they charge you for cleaning up your own mess even if you have to use a towel, they lie and say you ruin things that you do not. Would not recommend staying here. Their doors don’t shut to the bathroom or lock, I think they should worry about fixing their doors and attitudes and not worry about cleaning up your mess."

"I’ve stayed here many times, always a great experience. This time was a bit abnormal; the room door didn’t close all the way unless you pulled it tight when leaving, the room was dirty, had no soap at the sink, had 1 towel and the bathtub had some weird brown stuff on it. Very strange stay this time, not normal. I’m titanium for life with Marriott and fully support their hotels, by far the best brand I’ve stayed with"

"This hotel manager, Andy, is a crook. He charged me a cancellation fee even though I satisfied Marriott's rules for cancellation. Marriott asked him to comply because I am Bonvoy Titanium (tier 5) and I met Marriott's rules; he still refused. I called him personally, and he said that he wished he could comply, but he claimed that he couldn't because the new calendar year did not allow it. However, he refused to comply with Marriott in mid-December, days after the cancellation. Marriott tells me he can if he wants, but he won't. He is a liar. The hotel manager, Andy, is a shyster. Take your business elsewhere to discourage Andy's behavior."

"The hotel was clean, had lots of amenities, and reliable/helpful staff. Definitely a great place to stay. I stayed here for a month. Amenities: - Free breakfast - Pool with hot tub - Exercise room with treadmill, walker, hand weights, and bench - Hotel convenience store (has high prices) - Meeting room and dining room for rent - 3 coin machine washers and dryers. $1.50 for each machine. - Ice machine Room: The bathroom, closet, TV, two beds, heater/AC. Bathrooms are stocked with towels, and soaps, and a hairdryer. The closest has an iron and ironing board. Room Kitchen: The kitchen has a microwave, two electric stove burners, a refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, and pots/pans/plates/utensils. Service: Desk workers were friendly and always very helpful. If you don't have something like a hairdryer or screwdriver, they'll get it for you. The hotel maintenance worker even helped us patch our car tire. Location: The location is right across the street from several dive bars and restaurants. There's also a grocery store and a Goodwill two minutes away by car. Texas Roadhouse is across the parking lot. It's fairly quiet and there's not much traffic. Cons: - The heater sounds like a lawnmower. It will come on for 10 seconds every 5-10 minutes at night. The only way to stop this is to unplug it. - The parking lot wasn't plowed or salted well when it snowed. - Room service did a poor job making the beds, and they won't wash any dishes in the sink. It was also unclear when they'd clean the room."
