"Hanover Flats is my first apartment and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Makennah and Rachel made the process so easy and answered all my questions about the application process. The complex is beautiful and new construction. I’m the first person to live in my unit and the appliances are high end. But above all else the amenities are my absolute favorite. The gym is 24hr access and the pool makes you feel like you’re at a resort. Bennington is the perfect place for me with the small town feel and being 2 miles from W Maple street I’m close to all my favorite stores. Couldn’t recommend more!"

"Unless you live on the 3rd floor, you will hear your neighbors above you. We can hear people on the second and the third floor as well. We hear talking and walking all the time and during “quiet hours”. The buildings were made too quickly and were cheaply made. Would not recommend."
